“Excellent hosts. They made us feel at home. We stayed there for 1 week with a balcony view of the pyramids. Very respectful and great source of information. Osama and Hamza were always pleasant and kind. The room is very comfortable, hot showers , air conditioning and immaculate clean. The best guesthouse in the whole Egypt. “This place was overall pretty great! Staff were so friendly and polite and upgraded our room to a pyramids view room for free. Great views on the rooftop lookoff, close to shops, restaurants and tourist activities. Only issue we had were Ubers sometimes unable to get to us due to traffic jams but it never prevented us from getting to where we needed to go. Would recommend!!”

“Area around the hotel is very poor and unsafe The hotel is less than basic the rooms are not overlooking the pyramids only the roof the breakfast is very basic and there is no shower sink and no hot water no supplies in the bathroom or the room (but the whole hotel is renovated with clean spaces) ventilation inside the room is poor some are from internal ducts and you can smell the horses in the area”

“Pyramita is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at in my 29 years of life & travel. The service from every staff member is outstanding. Everybody is helpful, friendly and happy. I stayed here with my 11 year old son and he loved the pool. The view from the pyramids on the rooftop is amazing and I spent a lot of time out there relaxing and taking in the view. The breakfast is great for the price & the lovely staff deliver you breakfast in bed which made my hotel stay 100x better. Very delightful...

“The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one”
