“Very fair price. You get what you pay for.”

“The premise is not well maintained. It has a bar which is used by local residents who come there with pets which disturb visitors. No breakfast, no restaurant.”

“Upon arrival, we had to pay £7 per day for parking, then the man who owned the hotel asked us which breakfast we were paying for until I explained that you had already booked us a continental breakfast within the cost of the room. The dining room was dark, dingy and very outdated and dirty with cobwebs everywhere. I got to my room and couldn't open the windows as there were smelly wheely bins outside of the window. The room was the smallest one in the hotel, it wasn't clean, the skirting boards...

“Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked ”

“The property cancelled the booking on the day in the evening. I was told I would get another booking at not extra cost. This did not happen. Awful experience this time through Expedia with OYO. Disrupted my day at work trying to sort out the booking and speak to numerous people on the phone for a long time. Frustrating to waste so much of my time on a Saturday at work - to no avail and no room at the end of all that..!”
