“Parking information is different between homepage and reception I would be better if the reception prepare parking information using paper addresses and name At the moment parking is npc”

“Lovely breakfast and room clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. No kettle in room but lovely drinks machine downstairs.”

“Worst bed ever”

“Place looked dirty, Carpets need replacing, they were worn, The table in room 202 where i was needs replacing, the surface/paint was lifting, not up to my living Standard, the only thing the sheets on the bed looked clean, only stayed 15 minutes , then Checked out,had to find a room elsewhere, I should have read the reviews first, they said it all.”

“Good location. Room clean. Musty smell in corridors. Our room was at front on Otley Road. Could here traffic. Would stay again.”

“Needs better bar, receptionist could serve drinks but not ideal. Breakfast finishes at 9am which is too early.”

“NICE STAFF GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, CAR PARKING ok SHOWER PRESSURE NOT GOOD”

“No elevator wi”

“Good sized room and convenient location for walking as well as the train station. Quiet location, friendly staff”

“Stayed here with young kids. The staff was so friendly when I had trouble checking in, the lady working the breakfast was friendly and working hard by herself! The room was comfortable, a/c was great, and free parking was nice. A note about the parking: the entrance is off Alma road. Drive up the ramp to the roof, but push in your side mirrors so you don’t scrape them!”

“This hotel needs updating, it’s in poor condition.”

“Adequate room very clean but no breakfast.”
