“Very disappointing. The room, which was not cheap, was suffocatingly hot and had no windows. There was a cheap portable air conditioning unit, propped up on a chair which did not work and the shower was not usable as it was scalding hot on every setting. The manager was unhelpful and dismissive.”

“Nice clean room and bathroom with a comfy bed. Felt very welcomed with the owner Tracy going above and beyond. Tea, coffee and biscuits were provided in the room as well as toiletries and towels in the bathroom. She also provided a categorise list of places to eat which was very useful. The guest house is in a great location as it is central to everything and was good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the en-suite had a bit of a drains smell to it.”

“Had a 2 night stay. Booked this property as it had an elevator and travelling with an elderly parent with reduced mobility. On arrival late in the evening we learned that both elevators were out of order. We were on the 3rd floor with no other suitable rooms available. With assistance from staff and another guest we made it to the room. We were able to switch to a lower room the next morning. All staff were very apologetic and went out of their way to help us make the stay positive...
