“We stayed one day at a deluxe room. The room was not small and clean. The resort was smaller than I thought. The family with children below 15 would be good.”

“Wheelchair accessibility was limited in some areas. Despite advanced notice given of needing a wheelchair accessible room, we were assigned 1 in an area that was not accessible by the visitor's lift. It was labyrinth to get to that area. We had to use the service elevator everytime which was a dingy elevator to fit for safe independent use by someone with a disability. When we raised this with the 'manager' who seemed to be in a hurry and couldn't politely help us, she said the hotel was fully...

“I was a bit nervous after reading the bad reviews. However, it was a great stay. Everything you need and good location. Great with a garage, the view was nice and close to habour town shopping. A thing I didn't like was that we booked for five people and paid, only to receive a txt a week before we were due to stay, saying that the apartment was only for four guests and we had to pay $25 extra/night for an extra bed. I would still recommend to stay here when on the gold coast!”
