"Fantastic amenities- heated pool, large hot tub, sauna, weight room. Note: no arcade anymore, but large sports watching room. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and everything is new. Highly recommend!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! The only downside is if you’re traveling before winter of 2026, expect to see construction- but that was literally everywhere! Even on the roads. The Hyatt did a great job assigning rooms to guests on the other side of the hotel, so you barely even notice it. We REALLY appreciated that! Seriously, we could not be happier about choosing to stay there! "
