"We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were kind to offer. The reason I mention this incident is with no intention to discredit this hotel, its just that we were so tired and hot after the weeding we were looking forward to some rest. After that moment, everything was perfect. The staff was great. AC was fixed next morning, The Viento restaurant was the highlight of our stay, all thanks to our server Roger who was the most attentive and gentle server. The food was A+. Beach A++. We would love to go back in the future :)"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Mint House St. Petersburg – Downtown. The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown St. Pete and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, museums, and the waterfront. One of our favorite features was that it’s more of an apartment-hotel than a traditional hotel. Having a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in the unit made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. The pool was nice and well maintained. The only amenity we felt was missing was a fitness center, which would make the property even better. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and overall we had a great experience. It’s a very good value for the location and amenities. We would definitely consider staying here again."
