"Title: Disappointing stay – Not up to Hilton standards
**Pros:**
-The location is great, and the outdoor lounge by the entrance has a nice atmosphere.
-The small pantry/convenience store in the lobby selling water and snacks was very convenient.
** Areas for Improvement:**
-Disappointing housekeeping service:* The hair conditioner in the bathtub was completely empty when I arrived. I personally asked a Housekeeping Supervisor working near my room to refill it, and I even left a written note on the bathroom wall asking for a refill. I also left a tip every single day. Despite all of this, it was never refilled by the time I checked out. I stayed for 3 nights and couldn't use the conditioner even once. I booked this hotel expecting Hilton’s standard of service, but I seriously doubt any standard is being followed here.
Cleanliness issues: The room cleaning was sub-par. If you look closely, there was dust in the corners and stray hairs left behind.
-Inconsistent staff friendliness: About half the staff were friendly, and the other half were not. The female front desk agent who checked me in was unfriendly, whereas the male agent who checked me out was polite. Also, bell staff at the lobby who helped me change a $10 bill into $1 bills was very kind.
-Room quality & Noise: The room was outdated and cramped. Honestly, it is not worth the price. On top of that, the garbage trucks outside the window made an loud noise every in the morning."
