โBeautiful accomodation and accessibility. I really could not, or want to, be critical of anything with our stay. The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.โ
โRooms were decorated beautifully and had all the amenities. The gentleman working the night reception was friendly and helpful.
Helen in the restaurant gave fabulous service, the breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much.

โWe loved the hotel and the room, one thing I felt wasn't customer focused was a preยฃ35 charge for having a pet ( fine after if she fouled but usually it's complimentary or ยฃ10), andยฃ40 overnight parking. Excessive. Everything else was superb. โ
