“Clean, comfortable and warm, easy access to Cairngorm mountain / ski centre, Loch Morlich, Reindeer Centre and Loch Uaine (Green Loch). Food menu in bar a little limited (Burgers etc.) but has other eateries. Only negative is the walls are thin so can hear people in next rooms but the staff were very quick to act”

“The facilities are so run down, mould in the bathroom, doors that dont fit, general decor is tatty and the rooms are dirty. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok, although just a little greasy. We wouldnt stay here again but based on cost, you get what you pay for. Poor doos Waterside......”

“Room very clean, spa relaxing and breakfast superb. The wait for our dinner was unacceptable. We sat down just before 8pm and after asking twice where our food was it arrived at 9:15pm. To be fair the drinks bill was reduced to nil as a goodwill feature due to the delay. The staff in the dining room were very good. Also if you have an EV you may not get access to the charger as there was only one. It does say in the promotions info that there are 10 in total but they are in the main for the PJ...

“The hotel was great, it is years since I stayed here and I must admit I was a bit dubious but it was fantastic. We stayed as a family with grandchildren etc and the staff could not be more welcoming and very friendly. We will certainly be returning.”
