"Great downtown location. Rooms are spacious. However, tech and decor should be updated. No way to stream to TV and tile in bathroom was very worn. Would also be nice to have free water in rooms and better cream for coffee instead of powder creamer. Parking is valet only. There is a lot across the street that is clean and much cheaper overnight. However if you need re-entry may be best to valet. Love this hotel though. Definitely would book again. "

"No A/C available in the room. Several guests had to settle for a portable fan. The ice machine, water fountain and lobby computer for guests were out of order. I want some type of compensation!! Never staying there again. "

"There is a king soopers across the street and the hotel is within walking distance of everything downtown. "

"We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen which was great for our family. It’s easier walking around Denver from the hotel. Great stay, great breakfast and friendly staff."

"Room was nice enough. Extension cords were a bit odd. One from the wall around behind the bed to power the opposite side nightstand and one for the fridge to be plugged into. There was absolutely no hot water in the shower but the sink had hot water. Amanda in The Corner Office was great, an hour and a half to have dinner at 9pm with not many other customers was a bit puzzling. Elevators were so small. Front desk staff was nice enough to offer a dinner voucher and breakfast vouchers for my wife's birthday, that was about as far as their niceties went. Front desk customer service could use a dose of 'happy to be here,' with a bit more smiles and friendliness and less 'ugh I hate my job.' Customer service unfortunately just isn't what it used to be. "
