“The Riad Monceau provided us with the best possible experience of Marrakech. They treated us like family the whole way through, willing to accommodate every request. Truly an amazing place to stay if you want to submerge yourself in the city as the location is unbeatable. Thank you so much to Soufian and Mohamed at the front desk for taking such good care of us. Both restaurants, Pergola and Bistro Arabe were delicious and the live music was great, not at all too loud. 10/10 overall.”

“The property is conveniently located within a few minutes walking distance from Jemaa-el-Fnaa, making it easy to return for quick breaks in an air conditioned room while exploring the souks! The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed (kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, safe). The staff, especially Tariq, were kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend this hidden treasure to anyone visiting Marrakech! ”

“Very disappointing experience at Riad Samir Privilege Boutique & Spa. I want to make it clear that the front desk staff during check-in were not the issue — the problem was management and the lack of communication and professionalism. I confirmed early check-in multiple times before arriving, including a week before, two days before, and again the day of arrival. Despite this, nothing was communicated properly, which caused my friends and I to spend hours trying to locate the riad late at night...

“What a great introduction to the friendly and helpful people of Morocco! There are a lot of steps to climb up to the Riad and we got assistance going up and back down at the end of our trip. Chefchouen is nestled on a hillside so expect stairs! ”

“Room was refreshed daily, some of the linen and towels either had holes/marks but not major issues. Good location but note that taxis and cars cannot access it down the small roads. It's a 3 min walk from the school. The breakfast was nice and offered a selection. It's not a buffet you get what is on offer but it's always well made. Staff were super friendly, reception was sometimes empty and staff spent time in one of the coves but had no impact on my visit.”
