"Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms here and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a Metro stop and the Ōsanbashi Cruise ship terminal (our main reason for staying here). The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of western and traditional Japanese options. The hotel offers complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) and light snacks in the afternoon into the evening- which was a nice gesture."

"The check-in process was super smooth. You just go to the kiosk! That's definitely foreign friendly because you can choose the English option, which is helpful. This hotel was also super close to Yokohama station, we chose to stay here because there was a festival in Kamakura that we wanted to go to and so is the perfect location to get to and from everything! They also have so many complimentary toiletries you can use if you forgot some at home which is very helpful. I definitely needed a hairbrush. They also have pajamas that you can use if you forgot to bring your own! I brought my own pajamas, but I really like there's after a long hot day. It was nice to get in some very comfy pajamas provided by the hotel."
