"The room was very tired and dated. The carpet worn and separating at the join. Approx 20cm step up into the bathroom with the toilet bowl extending across entry into bathroom making entry awkward. Lift response time generally good, except at peak (group) checkin when many floors used. For a very large hotel catering to international guests, some front of house staff spoke/understood English very well, however others not very competent leading to some confusion when making inquiries, such as arrival times for Airport Limosine bus, and approximate time to allow to get to Haneda airport. Overall though convenient location, relatively comfortable stay, and stunning views of Yokohama."

"We had a great stay here as a family of 4. Convenient, clean, and spacious as Tokyo hotel rooms go. And the staff went above and beyond in a situation where we caused a problem. We thought we had booked one more night and were out visiting sites. But our stay had expired and the staff couldn't reach us about checkout. They needed it cleaned for a new guest. So they packed up our stuff and stored it for us until we arrived later in the afternoon. And they were very understanding and nice after our mistake. We highly highly recommend this hotel."

"This was an amazing hotel as far as the aesthetics and ambiance. The room was fantastic, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is beautiful and very modern and clean. The staff did seem a bit judgemental and I did not feel as welcome as I would've liked for the type of hotel and money you pay. I would recommend this hotel to locals that speak the language but but not to foreigners that look different than what they accept. Especially if you have tattoos or have a different look than what they're used to seeing. Overall great hotel but myself and my guest did not feel welcome. I would not stay here only for that reason. There's so many options to choose from in the same price point that will give you better service."

"I stayed for 2 nights. My room was a nice size and very nicely furnished. I had a hard time adjusting the room to a comfortable temperature- I think it is very eco friendly so it took a long time for the room to cool off. Fortunately I had a water bottle with me for taking drinking water to the room. It would be nice if they would resupply the coffee powder each morning, there were only 2 sticks. Again fortunately I had my own. They could leave a small bag on the door handle or offer them at the counter by request. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but that is not as nice."
