"The staff was exceptional - extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. Housekeeping also did a great job, and the hotel was consistently clean and well maintained.
The facility is somewhat outdated, but it is very well kept. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Ebina Station, served by both the Odakyu and Sotetsu lines. There are also hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars, karaoke spots, and other commercial facilities nearby, making it very convenient.
The only significant downside is the lack of self-service laundry facilities. The closest laundromat is more than a 10-minute walk away and located uphill, which makes carrying laundry difficult. We ended up having to take a taxi to do our laundry. The hotel does offer laundry service, but it is charged per garment, which can become expensive quickly.
If you are staying for just 1–2 nights, I would highly recommend this hotel. However, since we typically stay in Japan for over several nights, the lack of convenient laundry facilities is a dealbreaker for us, so we probably won’t return for longer stays."
