"Beautiful property. Located close to the train station. Unfortunately it was raining so we didn’t get to do what we had planned on doing. We did however enjoy the private & public baths, breakfast/dinner buffet. I would definitely return if i visit the area."

"This stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful, the dinner and breakfast buffets were unbelievable. So much selection and everything tasted very high quality. The room was huge and the private onsen was incredibly relaxing. The highlight of our trip to Japan and we cannot wait to stay here again in our next visit."

"A truly incredible experience!! The room, amenities, food and staff were all phenomenal!! As soon as you walk into the room, you are greeted with the most amazing views and private onsen. My husband and I wanted to make this trip special and I’m so glad we booked this property because it achieved that goal. I would absolutely recommend this property to any person visiting Hakone. It was amazing! Also, the food packages are absolutely worth it— at the very least book the breakfast and then grab dinner separately one of the nights!"

"This hotel waa outstanding! The staff were so friendly and helpful from check in, to shuttles, breakfast, room questions, and the farewell at check out. They went the extra mile for you. I loved my room! It was spacious, well designed with a comfortable bed and a wonderful private onsen to enjoy while listening to the little waterfall. I didnt want to leave the room. And I can't wait to come back!"
