“Over priced, overrated ”

“This spot was quite far from the station. There was nothing around the hotel in this area. The view from the Room (waterfall and mountain) was gorgeous. Staff were very helpful and kind to us for late dinner and shuttle bus requests. Only disappointment was the public onsen bath. I didn't smell any mineral water in the bath. Hakone is famous for onsen but I was disappointed.”

“Good 1 night stay ,best english speaking staff (manager)in my whole trip helpful and give detailed check in info ,also station pick up with very short notice .Thanks”
