“Incredible place outside Marrakech! The staff was super friendly, the food and breakfast delicious, and our room was spacious and clean. It was very nice to get out of the busy city and into this calm and beautiful space. Thank you for a memorable stay!”

“Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.”

“On arrival we received a Free Welcome Pack & Free Drinks. Extremely good & exceptionally high quality Luxury Hotel. The location is fantastic, minutes walk to the city centre. Amazing to see how CLEAN & Polished this place is and smells like Roses. ”

“Absolute horrible riad !!!! Please avoid at all cost. Had flooding in our room the first 3 nights couldn’t sleep since we couldn’t turn on the AC. Only tried to compensate us with a 30 min massage which was also terrible. Wifi in the riad was horrible so we needed to end up buying more data to use internet. Rooms were super outdated and dark. Found the staff to be quite racist , as we were one of the very few brown people at the riad + my wife is a hijabi . They kept asking us for our room...

“Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. ”

“Room clean and had everything you need and more …. Had a full candy dish and Nespresso machine! They gave baskets of water and cakes at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was about 1 km from Medina but nice clean safe area and we never waited longer than 5 minutes for Uber. Highly recommended! ”

“it's a bit far from the center but you can move freely using a minivan provided by the hotel. Should stay for at least two nights cause there are many things to do haaha it was a such a pleasant stay with you. ”

“The place is beautiful with clean rooms and great staff. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The Riad is walking distance from a lot of important places like El Badi Palace, Saadian tombs, etc. We had a great time at the place.”
