“Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels. Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also. ”

“The front desk lady was helpful though she dies not speak English. The shuttle was at some issue and late, and they called a taxi timely. The property was quite new and clean, but insulation wasn’t good, and noise was from both inside and outside.”

They flat out refused to resolve the issue or provide the room I actually paid for. I ended up with a terrible headache for all 5 nights. Terrible management and awful customer service.”
