“I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel claimed they had none left and forced us into a smoking room that smelled disgusting. They flat out refused to resolve the issue or provide the room I actually paid for. I ended up with a terrible headache for all 5 nights. Terrible management and awful customer service.”

“My name is Daeyoung Lee who stayed at your hotel on the 4th Nov. I paid for Taxi on the desk only one time. But it was found that your hotel charged twice. I guess the staff at reception desk charged the payment again when I changed the departure time.”
