“It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. ”

“Our second stay here…we chose a large deluxe room, that was huge, with a gorgeous bathroom. I love this hotel, its quirky layout, the history, location…and now, also its chef….food was to die for, quality ingredients, beautifully cooked and presented. Drinks are on the expensive side, but there is a store across the road that sells wine. Parking can be tight, but in our 4 night stay, we were always able to snag one.”

“Amazing hotel & apartment in Cotswold area. We stayed at an apartment and it was really convenient and comfortable. Suits for both short term stay and long term stays as there're dish washer, washing machine, even liquid soap! But sofa bed was too soft and not firm enough to sleep. Breakfast was good also.”

“The Ormond was ideal for our overnight stay in Tetbury.We enjoyed a drink and socialising with the locals in the bar,which had a good vibe about it.Our ground floor room was smartly furnishedand plenty big enough.The queen size double bed was very comfortable and the en-suite shower/toilet was well decorated, clean and provided plenty of powerful hot water both in the evening and morning.Our full english and vegetarian breakfast choices were well presented and ample in size.We enjoyed our stay...
