"We had a last minute issue with travel plans and the front desk staff member was very stand offish in helping. He got loud with me even though I was very quiet speaking to him. Ultimately I had to pay for this entire 4-day stay even though we never actually stayed there. On top of that, we saw multiple bugs along with window in the lobby that had me concerned about the cleanliness of the facilities."
