"The English Breakfast was phenomenal, the cook there was amazing , the thing that happened during our visit was the maid service missed our room took a reminder to get our room refreshed . The shower in our room was not functioning properly the temperature fluctuated from scalding hot to freezing cold , our bed was suppose to be a king and was like two twins zipped together was slightly uncomfortable "

"The hotel itself is very good. But we used it for a preflight stay at 6am in the morning. They put us in a room directly behind the lifts and we didn’t get any sleep with the lift going up and down - then the hallway down slamming after everyone exited. They probably would have moved us if asked, but we got to the room at 10.30 and had to be awake at 3am. Just beware and check they don’t put you in that room!!"

"There is not enough parking, and many of the ones there are now EV chargers. I got the last slot. I have no idea what I would have done if there were no slots"

"Great hotel. Easy access to the underground to get in/ out of the city. Parking out front to unload cost you a lot. So stupid."
