"Meh wouldn’t consider this a 5 star and I’ve been all around the world needs major works to actually be classed as a 5 star seperate charges for everything even £2 everytime I wanted to heat up food even if its their food pretty ridiculous if you ask me anyways the hotel is very appealing to look at but that’s all it was for me nothing much else to it"

"The room was very clean, the bed was superb! The shower with great pressure, even better than the Hilton. Most of the staff very helpful but sometimes the language barrier became an issue for sign language. Wifi was horrible, most times didn't have any or very slow. The breakfast was minimal but a little more than just cereal, and you had to pay for any drink except coffee during breakfast hours. Breakfast variety and completeness is the best I've seen anywhere even much better than the best hotels in USA."
