"We really liked this hotel and would stay there again, if we needed someplace in that area again. It was very clean, well run, and seems to be in a safe area. The staff was very professional, friendly, and courteous towards us. Our room was great and what we expected, based on pictures we saw when we booked it. The only thing we would change, if we could, was the mattresses on the beds. The queen bed mattress was a little too soft and the pull-out sofa bed mattress was too thin and a little soft and lumpy. Also didn't like the pillows (but I usually don't). Too soft and "squishy" for me! Loved the breakfast room! Very clean and plenty of seating choices. The food was pretty decent for a continental breakfast and they never ran out of anything we wanted. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff great. The location is great. The free coffee and tea in the am was gone each time I tried to get some, it was 2 days at 2 different times. The bar staff seemed unorganized, could not get a cappuccino drink in the afternoon, she stated she didn’t know how to make it."

"No where on their website does it indicate that you must be 21 to check in. My daughter had reservations and was met with a manager with a bad attitude. When she could have simply explained the situation instead of being rude and saying we're not letting you check in. I called and spoke to an uneducated employee who told me to look at the site for the age. Which again is not listed. He procedeed to tell me i can change the name to my daughters friend who is over 21. I did that and then they told them they dont see the reservation at all. Although i sent them the reservation invoice and reservation number with the friend name on it. Needless to say i had to call who i made the reservations with to call the hotel for me. Which then they were able to check in almost 2hrs later and a lifetime of embarrassment for those young ladies. So there will NOT be a return visit."
