“Staff was awesome. Room was super clean. A/C worked like a charm. Large variety for breakfast and kept up with filling empty pans. Hotel overall was clean. ”

“The bedding was dirty. The chair and the window were stained. The hotel needs a major renovation. A lot of things were out of order. And you could have gotten high off the weed smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever stay there again.”

“Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!”

“Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.”

“Carpet in hallway and room are old. Stained. Bathroom cabinet legs rusted and ugly. Outside the building is filled with pot smell. Breakfast isn’t breakfast. It is snack and not fresh at all. No bottled water in the rooms; you have to purchase water from the vending machine in the office. But for the price of the stay, it is ok. You get what you pay for , sometimes ”

“Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! ”

“Even though this place was obviously an older building, their rooms were very updated and comfortable. Wonderful place for a pet. My recommendation is take a piece of that space by the big trees and fence it in so the dogs can run a little. Only complaint, could not get WiFi to connect. But is nice place for the price. ”
