“We have been using this hotel for many years. The rooms are always clean and the staff helpful. It is still a little strange checking in to a kiosk. No one really at the desk. Have to call the attendant or see a staff member.”

“This place was extremely dirty and nothing like the pictures. I’m honestly not sure how it passes inspection. I would’ve rather slept in my car. Thankfully, I was able to find another hotel up the street, even though it was much more expensive, it was worth it. There were also people hanging around the parking lot who made the property feel unsafe. Definitely read the reviews before booking.”

We swam in the pool (wished there would have been a hot tub). Breakfast was kind of expensive for the buffet, but otherwise no complaints. I did not complain because I was exhausted & just wanted to go to sleep. I had to put the heat on high to try & dry up the carpet. Had a difficult time keeping the heat on. “Plenty of parking b/c no one was there! Plenty of towels and a noisy AC unit in the wall where there was once a window, two luggage racks, a small coffee maker and two packages of coffee, and some bars to eat. TV, but we didn’t watch much. Everything was old, like from the 1960s, except the bed, and the bathroom was probably updated in the ‘70s/‘80s. The sign by the road was very faded and hard to see. It seemed like very few upgrades were done since the motel was built, maybe in the late 1950s...

“Best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B! Casually sophisticated served in a great old mansion from the 1800's with a great history. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had the quietest air conditioning I have ever had anywhere. The gas fireplace made the room! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood too! Kudos to Drew and everyone at the Benn Conger Inn. My 6 night stay was great and I was happy I was able to pass on to you a new cooked egg technique.”
