“Great bargain B&B. Shared bathroom is clean. Great shower pressure. Rosemary is an amazing host - hospitable and so friendly. We arrived really late at night and she was kind enough to feed us as there didn’t seem to be a lot of late night food options in the area. Easy to find street parking. Bus stop into downtown Belfast is just across the street. About a 30min bus ride to center of city. (Tip: buy a day pass for the bus via the mLink app, £3.70). ”

“Carol was an amazing host and had a wonderful home that she welcomed us into. The room was comfortable and made for a great first stop after an overnight flight. Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!”

“Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Stilvoll angerichtet, mit selbstgebackenen Brot und gescmacklich Hevorragend. Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen kurzfristigen Heizungsausfall, das wurde aber mit einer mobilen Heizung und der sehr warmen Dekch wieder wettgemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und dann auch für länger!”

“We loved the view out the window, the separate entrance to our bedroom, the spacious bathroom with the heated towel racks, the breakfasts were delicious and the common areas with fireplace were cozy and welcoming. Avril does a great job making people feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pear Tree Hill B & B.”

“Surprising for a B&B that breakfast is an extra. Also surprising that although we booked a 3 person room there was an additional charge as a couple Room well prepared except for tea making facilities - only 2 tea bags, broken biscuits and a chocolate bar to share”

“Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. ”

“Our stay was a nice change from being in Dublin and Galway. The walk around the property is very relaxing. It was nice being able to spread out in different rooms. ”
