"From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. What stood out most was that their hospitality was completely authentic—they were attentive, thoughtful, and gracious without ever making it feel like they expected anything in return. That kind of genuine service is rare and made our stay incredibly special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The property is luxurious, impeccably maintained, and spotless. Every space reflects great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxing. The pools are pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. Whether choosing from the delicious buffet or ordering from the à la carte menu, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. One of the things that makes Osh Hotel so unique is the complimentary activities they offer for guests. We especially enjoyed the pizza-making experience, watercolor painting using coffee as the medium, and even relaxing with complimentary poolside massages. These thoughtful touches made our stay feel even more memorable and showed how much the hotel values creating meaningful experiences for its guests. The location is another huge advantage. You're in the heart of one of Cartagena's trendiest neighborhoods. Wow is the word"
