"We loved our stay at Bondo Hometel! The staff there is the absolute sweetest--some of the kindest people I've ever met while traveling! They went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations and we could not be more appreciative. The rooms have a beautifully minimal aesthetic, are very clean and spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the super cute rooftop bar/pool area. Service was amazing and the drinks were SO good!! The hotel is in a convenient (beach front) location with a quick ride to the beautiful Walled City. Definitely the place to stay in Cartagena!! :)"

"The hotel is amazing and the staff are caring. The only inconvenience we encountered was delays in the golf cart services to get our bags to the lobby and the catamaran having technical issues which meant we arrived via speedboat. The hotel staff helped resolve the catamaran issue quickly and refunded us a portion. Amazing stay overall."

"My stay was amazing. Diana was a gracious host any problems we had she immediately solved them and if we had any questions or concerns, she took care of them immediately. She also recommended places to go and also arrange for our safe transportation. The other staff was also very gracious and helpful if we needed anything, they went above and beyond to help us. The only downside was the food. Not much seasonings. But overall, I would definitely recommend and come back to stay."
