"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel this year one week each time. The hotel is a great location 10 minutes from the historic center… the staff is really incredible!! You can sense that the people are happy working here and are very proud of what they do. Gabriela at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming… Clara and Shirley and Yulieta in the restaurant are equally very attentive to every guest and everyone makes an attempt to learn your name, which is nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent and Andrea makes a wonderful omelette. Five stars."

The premier lounge and spa teams were the most helpful for us. The premier lounge team was always there to assist with our needs. The spa team made some wonderful exceptions for my wife and I to enjoy their services, regardless of having the baby with us. "

"i love this place the only problem i had was that we were 3 person, and they gave us only 2 towels to shower, we stay only 1 night so we dint ask for but i believe that's a common sense. "
