“Check-in was not coordinated between establishment staff and room host. Leaving the customers a terrible no air conditioning lobby area. The air conditioner in the room was leaking so when we got back from shopping the carpet was soaking wet. I contacted the host, no reply. The establishment contacted the host, no reply. Building maintenance came to fix it while we are already there at 900 in the evening and it was such an inconvenience specially the AC was on top of the two queen beds....
