“Lower tier accomodation in the middle of a people neighbourhood. You can walk in the street surounded by children as there is little trafic, and eat from a street eatery, which will allow you to fraternise with its owner, usually a lady. Sympathetic experience overall! A 20 minutes walk from the airport.”

“It's a great space, very well put together. Ample room to get around comfortably. Location is a great plus, with a mall next door and it being situated in the Central area of Manila. The host was very helpful and responsive; Made the entire stay beautiful! ”

“Stayed for 24 days and loves it here its pretty quiet at first the bed was a little too hard for me being a bigger guy, we talked to the management and they had a new bed brought to my room in like less than a day. The wifi is a little shotty but its good enough for watching netflix and amazon prime video you can buy a hot spot thats fairly decent if you wnna spend the money on it was like 4500 peso for the hotspot and like 1500 pesos which is like 80 bucks for a month which is cheaper than...

“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”

“Birch tower is a great place to stay if you want convenience. There are multiple hosts offering stays in the same building so keep that in mind. I can tell you this host takes hospitality to heart and is very accommodating to guest needs. She has multiple units, mine had a great view of the city skyline!”

“Nobody comes to open the door. It took us more than an hour going in circles to be able to find the place. Nobody answers the phone provided. The guardian does not seem to care about these problems. The room's door was opened when we arrived. Towels are old. Not recommended. ”

“No communication whatsoever the ad posted was a scam. There are at least four buildings. They didn’t state what build the room was in. There’s no email address to contact them and nobody answered the phone number. I do not recommend staying at this place.”

“The staff was kind and helpful. Joan showed us our room and gave us a quick overview or our room and the property. When we requested towels and linen, the staff promptly delivered. Joan also came to our room for us to pay for our add on day from our initial reservation. Krunal was helpful in adding our additional day when I contacted him via email after I booked the original booking on Expedia.com. Thank you for a great place to stay for my wife and I to get married here in Manila.”
