“Room was very clean, quality of mattress is good, quiet and good for sleep unlike some hotels too near to mosque with large prayer noise. Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. ”

“Room dirty! Not cleaned everyday. Dirty hair inside the water pipe. Water can’t flushing it. Front desk staff used my credit card without my permission. I was so surprised my credit card was charged from the unknown person today morning when received the message from the card company. ”

“하버베이 페리터미널과 해산물 전문식당이 가까운 거리에 있어 위치는 상당히 좋습니다. 다만, 호텔 청결도가 완전 불량했습니다. 특히, 변기에 소변이 묻어 있어서 화장실에서 나는 악취는 정말 생각하고 싶지 않습니다.”

“We stayed in a very nice premium unit of this apartment, very clean and very comfortable with super quality bed, and the fancy eating table looks nice but a bit hard to sit down on the high chairs for children. We like the place because of very quiet and having swimming pool with morden gym. But there is nothing around the apartment, fortunately a good restaurant is nearby, we could use uber taxi whenever we go out. We want to stay if we have a holiday again!”

“Friendly and polite staff with warm welcome. Nearby there is a shopping mall and street vendors to eat outside. Overall, I'm satified with my stay and will stay here again next time I go to Batam again.”

“The location is good for a day or two. However the room is not ventilated and is smelly. Not at all good for non-smokers. The area is safe but seedy. Ok for people looking for value rather than amenities. ”

“1. hotel seems to have been renovated (the hallway and the rooms) so looks clean and nice. 2. on hotels.com, it says there is a fitness place, however, there actually isn’t one, so the info is wrong. 3. there is a live band session everyday at night in the atrium. although the music sound didn’t reach that much to the rooms above, it could be heard in the hallways of the upper floors. ”
