“The first room had roaches and bugs and requested a room change. The next room bedding was not clean and had statins when asked for it to be changed and was informed that they don't have anything else. “Hotel that allows smoking says it all”

“The room was very inexpensive, so we accepted the risk. This was a place for a construction worker who needed a bed and shower; not what we expected from EconoLodge. “Our family has been using American Inn in Branford, CT as a rest stop to visit my wife's mother in New Hampshire. It is a short trip (under 2 hours) to get a head start out of the New York metro area after evening rush hour. All rooms are accessed from the outside right in front of your parking space. They have two queen beds and rooms are always clean... and the price is right 😉 It is perfect for our trip!”
