예쁜호텔

798아트지구에 있어서 관광하고 쉬기에는 참 좋은곳이였어요. 다만 그주위가 차가 많이막히는 구간이라 출퇴근시간, 특히 저녁시간에 차가많이막혀요. 아무래도 이곳은 이 주위 관광계획중일 몇일간만 묵는게 최적인것같아요. 그래도 호텔도이쁘고, 깨끗해요. 다만 비치되어있는 애머니티가 그리 좋지않아서 개인적으로 샴푸랑 바디는 가지고가는게 좋을것같네요. 스테프도 친절하고 아주 편안하게 잘지내다왔네요. good!

정말 객관적 후기

제가 북경에서 대학졸업하고나서 출장으로 오랜만에 갔는지라 좀 비싼 좋은호텔에서 보내야지 하는 생각에 갔는데 접근성은 진짜 최최최 악이에요 완전 변두리지역이에요 왠만하면 비추합니다. 그리고 조식도 엄청 진짜 그냥 빵 몇개주는 수준이에요. 솔직히 위생상태는 좋으나 접근성이 정말 최악입니다 주변에 편의시설 아무것도 없고 이쪽가는길이 북경에서 제일 길막히는 도로중 한군데에요 참고하세요

볼거리가 많은호텔

주위에 볼거리가 많아 하루에 다 구경하기에는 부족하다 아침식사는 부페는 아니지만 선택할수 있는 메뉴로 다양하게 갖추고 있어서 훌륭했다 직원들의 친절함에 주위가 공사중이었지만 추천하고 싶은 호텔이었다

Pros. - comfort bed - friendly and enthusiastic staffs - 30 or less mins from the Capital airport by taxi - located inside of the 798 art district - well served breakfast Cons. - a bit shabby facilities, looking better in pics than through bare eyes - small room with lack of outlets

독특한 부티크 호텔

깔끔하고 부티크 호텔이라 독특한 분위기였습니다.1인실은 조금 간단한편.. 그래서 가격대비 좀 비싸다고 생각했는데 2인실은 분위기도 그렇고 훨씬 낫더라구요~ 위치는 택시기사들이 모두 찾기어려워해서 항상 헤맸습니다..주소를 알려줘도 호텔 명함을 보여줘도 그렇더군요. 아침은 분위기 좋게 잘 꾸며놓고 메인메뉴 하나 고르고 빵 과일 시리얼은 뷔페식이라 양껏드실수있습니다. 직원들은 친절했구요, 택시가 찾기어려운것만 빼면 현지 호텔들보다 가격이 좀 나가긴 하지만나쁘지않네요~

여행객들이 이용하기에 좋은 호텔

조식 제공해주는 직원이 아주 친절했고, 호텔 전체가 이름답게 예술풍을 많이 풍겼고 주변에도 798이 바로 있어 여행하기에도 좋다. 다만 객실이 작아 1인이 사용하기에만 적당한듯하다. 미니 헬스장도 있어 간단하게 운동할 수 있다. 특히 계단쪽은 하늘색과 하얀색으로 칠해져서 그리스 느낌도 나고 이뻤다. 엘리베이터 문과 안쪽 타일은 마녀사냥의 그린라이트를 연상케했다.

일로 출장온 고객에게는 매우 불편한 호텔

식당에서 피는 담배 연기가 고스란히 객실로 들어와 담배를 피우지 않는 저로서는 아주 힘든 시간들이었습니다. 샤워를 하면 하수구 물이 빠지지 않아 화장실 밖으로 물이 새어나와 곤욕스러웠습니다. 식당하고 같이 있어 새벽 1시 반까지 야외 식당에서 떠드는 손님들의 말소리 때문에 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 러시아워에 택시 잡기가 힘들고 픽업 온 거래처 기사들이 차 세울데가 마땅치 않아 일하러 다니는데 아주 힘들었습니다. 798예술구를 관광하러 온 관광객이라면 좋은 위치이나 비지니스맨에게는 별로 추천하고 싶지않습니다. 크루와 매니져님은 너무 친절하고 좋은 분들이신거 같아 그나마 위안이었고 아침 식사는 아주 맛있는 유럽식 아침 식사였습니다.

Artistic and European but not so great

The wind of outside is coming thru window and the air conditiiner was not that efficient that I felt somewhat chilly inside. The noise of outside was still annoying. But the staff at the front was very polite and helpful. The most recommendable thing is the art atmosphere of hotel along the corridor and at the wall of the lobby.

다산쯔에서 추천하고픈 호텔

새벽에 도착하여 호텔을 찾는데 힘들었음...그러나 직원분이 도로변에 나와주셔서 안전하게 도착할 수 있었어여.호텔은 다산쯔798지역이라 그쪽 관광하시는 분들한테 추천하고 싶네여.그러나 시내 중심에서는 거리가 쫌 있습니다.호텔방은 넓지는 않지만 깨끗하구 천장이 높아서 답답하지 않고 조식은 오늘의 메뉴에서 선택할 수 있는데 기대보다 훌륭했습니다.

부띠크 호텔

전반적으로 마음에 들었습니다 깨끗하고 친철하고. 주위환경도 조용하고 인근 편의시설은 전혀 없고 교통은 불편한 편입니다. 인근에 거래처 있어서 예약했는데 아주 마음에 들었습니다. 개인적인 취향이 있겠지만 북경여행용 1박숙소로 아주 훌륭할듯합니다. 예술구와 같이 붙어 있어 더욱 분위기 있었습니다. 조식은 별루 였습니다.

CBD에서 다소먼, 냉방이 시원하지 않음, 그러나 친절함

베이징 중심지에서는 걸리가 멀어서 798 art district에 볼일이 없는 사람이라면, 추천하고 싶지 않아요. 그리고 냉방이 잘 안됩니다. 밤에 더워요. 그리고 호텔 bar도 영업시간이 9시까지이고 주변에 먹을만한 곳들도 없어요. 798 art district에 먹을곳이 꽤 많은 편이지만 9시 넘으면 대부분 다 문을 닫으니 참고하세요. 호텔가기전에 사야할 생필품이나 음료들은 이동전에 꼭 사시는게 좋아요. 주변에 아무것도 없습니다.

Gracie Art Hotel was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my short visit to Beijing. It is located right on the edge of the 798 Art Zone which offers a lot, although it seemed like most attractions close pretty early and the lighting on the paths late at night is very dim. The staff was very helpful in checking me in and ordering cabs and finding late night food or drinks. Would recommend!

清掃がされていない

デザイナーホテルということで期待していましたが、ホテルの入り口から客室まで清掃がされていないことに驚きました。フロントのチェックインカウンターの横は埃やゴミが目立ち、廊下は虫の死体が多くありました。客室は豪華で入ったときは印象が良かったのですが、禁煙のホテルなのにタバコ臭かったです。バスタブ、シャワールーム、洗面所のどこも黒カビだらけで気持ちが悪かったです。日々掃除していない表れです。本当に残念なホテルでした。二度と泊まりません。

I stayed at the Gracie Art Hotel 798 for 2 nights. The location is great if you'd like to explore the 798 Art's district … just outside the door, you are on the edge of the huge art district area. Hotel was decorated great and had everything I needed for a comfortable 2 nights. Some great common rooms to hang out in for reading and/or socializing. Breakfast buffet was great way to start the day and had dinner one evening which was nice. The staff English was so-so, but was able to figure out what I needed.

Lovely small boutique hotel in the very interesting 798 Art District. Its a short walk to a more-upscale shopping district and the Beijing subway from which one can access to the rest of the city. Some amenities are a bit lacking primarily because it is such a small hotel, but all of the basics are covered. The hotel art collection is impressive in its variety and beauty. Hotel staff is top-notch: professional, caring, and very friendly! I can't say enough good things about the front of house (front desk and doormen), housekeeping, and restaurant personnel.

798 Art zone

48 hour layover in Beijing so chose to visit the art zone. The hotel is in the zone and everything is walkable. The staff are terrific and the hotel is a really comfortable boutique property. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great service, good food and big rooms.

Amazing staff, great service. We got upgraded to a bigger room for free when we checked in. Breakfast was stellar and the area is Bejings best. Art, museums, shops and tons of restaurants in a truly unique area that must be experienced. It's close the the aiport so if you only have a day to spend in Bejing, this is the place. I highly recommend staying here.
