Staff and food excellent. Booked a Superior Double room at £172, unfortunately we got a family room with a single bed and what looked like a Queen bed. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling and a light hanging out, bare wires above the bedroom mirror, heating was not on and we came back to a cold room, ...

Lovely quiet spot outside of Bellingham. Plenty of space, dog friendly with great views. Spotless accommodation, with all you need in the property including a dishwasher (which we didn’t use). I met the lady who ran the place and she was pleasant and nice.
