"The hotel was fantastic - spotlessly clean and so close to the airport. Two negatives - the hotel had run out of the check in cookies and where we ate in the restaurant one member of the team was incredibly rude. I had called from the room to book a table for three and when we arrived the girl who was supposed to welcome us was incredibly rude. Firstly, she couldn’t find my booking, which was fine but her attitude when attempting to rectify this was appalling. She spoke loudly and negatively about myself and my family right in front of us. Unfortunately this tarnished our evening and really was unfortunate as every other member of staff wa fantastic,"
