โThe first impression was not good because the outside of the front door was dirty. The lobby was small and messy.
However, fortunately, the room was clean and well organized.
After checking out, I stored my luggage. When I went back to get my luggage, I received someone else's luggage at first.
If I travel to Chicago, I doubt I will come back here.โ
โThis is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are clean. The service is impeccable, and the products!! The signature scent is to die for. It is now a part of my life. I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to. โStay-cation was relaxing. Everything was walkable, stayed in for breakfast one morning and it was amazing. Grew up in Chicago and it was like rediscovering our city. Found some really unique restaurants to dine in. โ
