The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.โ
โStaff was very patient and helpful when we had issues checking in. Room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-kept. The parking area is somewhat small, but nice and free of trash. The water pressure could have been better, but since that was my only real nitpick this was an overall very pleasant stay.โ
โThis property is an excellent value, and has great proximity to the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Field Museum and the Museum Concourse. It is also well situated for public transportation, and is in a very safe and walkable part of downtown. It is also very close to Buckingham Fountain and Millennium Park, as well as many historic buildings of great architectural interest. And we have always found the staff to be very friendly, kind, and efficient.โ
