만족스러운호텔
체인점이라 전반적으로 시설이 좋은편이다. 하지만 그린델발트 지점보다는 규모가 작은편이라 시설로는 [수영장]과 [사우나] 있으며 gym은 없다. 침대도 그리고 조식도 편하게 지낼 수 있어 좋지만, 층수가 낮은편이라 밖에 지나다니는 사람들과 눈이 마주칠 수 있다는게 함정^^;; 커텐은 필수~

산속의 럭셔리 호텔
일단 가격이 착하진 않습니다. 그것을 제외하고는 모두 만족스러워요. 깨끗한 객실, 지하 수영장, 사우나, 조식 모두 괜찮아요. 특히 맥주3병, 약간의 음료를 포함한 미니바 이용이 무료입니다. 뱅엔 역에서 아주 가깝고 마운틴뷰룸이 아닌 스탠다드룸도 뒤쪽 마운틴뷰가 좋습니다.

이곳은 자동차로 갈 수 없어요 라우터브루넨역에 차를 주차해놓고 기차로 1정거장 가야해요 호텔에 수영장 미니바 무료등 조식도 좋았고 만리헨케이블카도 가까와서 좋았어요 접근성만 빼면 너무 좋았어요

벵엔역에서 가깝고, 픽업, 드랍까지 해준답니다. 추천합니다.
깔끔하고 편안한 분위기, 침대가 아늑하여 휴식하기 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 사우나 개방시간이 너무 짧다는 점.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy you could relax in our hotel. We can open the sauna earlier on request. You just have to tell the front desk you want to use the sauna, then it takes around 30 minutes to warm up. Best regards

생각보다 괜찮은 숙소
생각보다 넓고 깨끗한 숙소 였습니다. 사우나,수영장 등이 딸려 있으며, 조식 또한 평균 이상 이었습니다. 직원들은 친절하였고 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각합니다. 작은 마을이라 산 이외의 다른 부분을 원하신다면 비추이며, 아이들이 있는 가족 여행이라면 강추합니다. 저녁 부페도 드셔보시기를 권합니다.

very friendly staff and good location.
when I got into the room, the first impression was a bit disappointing as room looked old and small. but the hotel makes it up by themselves with well-trained and very friendly staffs. they're very kind and make me feel comfortable during my stay. they seemed eager to help customers. for example, they prepared breakfast box since I should have skipped it due to too early train schedule. location is also very good. just 3 min walking distance from Wengen station. breakfast is also very good, not that a variety kinds of food but the quality wise, it was really satisfactory. oh the mini bar was also free of charge. I will definately come back again.

아주아주 친절한 프론트 직원이 있는 호텔
선스타 그린델발트 를 잘못 예약해서 이리로 가게되었으나 후회는 없는 호텔 직원분의 설명이 너무 친절해서 설명듣다가 같은 남자인데도 눈빛에 빨려들뻔했다. 스위스 여행중 가장 좋았던 멘리헨 전망대도 가깝고.. 벵겐의 매력을 충분히 즐길수 있어서 좋았다. 번잡한 그린델발트보다 더 좋았기도 했고.. 한가지 아쉬운건 마운틴 뷰가 기대했던 그 뷰가 아니었다는것 마운틴 뷰 말고 다른 뷰 (뭐가 있을까?)를 신청하길 바란다. 마운틴 뷰는 정말 뒤에 멘리헨 전망대쪽 산이 보이는데, 반대쪽 협곡 뷰는 훨씬 좋았을것 같다.

Friendly staff. Excellent included breakfasts. Stunning views from rooms. Valuable transfer service by golf cart from train station to the hotel when carrying luggage. Very nice indoor pool. Bar food could be improved. Several good dining options within a short walk and across the street from the ski lift to the peak. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

I know that Switzerland is expensive, but generally you do get good quality for your money. Unfortunately in this hotels case the rooms are really starting to show their age and are in need of a refresh. The hotel is well located and with a bit of updating could be a great option, but until then I couldn’t recommend. I would spend a bit more and go to a slightly more modern hotel. The staff were generally fine, however the checkin staff were rather short with us.

Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir im Restaurant sehr schlecht gegessen und es ist schade, dass es so grosse Unterschiede beim Personal gibt bezüglich Arbeitseinsatz. Ausserdem wäre es wünschenswert, wenn bei allen zumindest Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache vorhanden wäre. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vor allem auch wegen des Spabereichs.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. The breakfast was beyond amazing. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was convenient to the cable cars and train. You couldn’t ask for anything better.

Loved it! Great location on the main street, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Arriving to and from is magical on the train and Wengen is like out of a fairytale.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast was plentiful and the views from our room was stunning. Had a great massage from a lovely lady called Heidi. All in all - a hotel I’d recommend!

Superb central hotel with great staff
Alpine Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and speak good English. The breakfast is an excellent buffet, augmented by Prosecco and smoked salmon on the Sunday morning we were there. The indoor pool is 17x8 mètres and very few people used it during our stay; a great way to exercise. They block off 2 hours in the afternoon for children the other sessions are mostly adults only The hotel’s situation in the very center of Wengen is really good for going shopping. If it is hot, ask reception for a fan, and ask the room staff to leave the curtains closed when they make up the bed in the morning. Otherwise the rooms can get very hot in the afternoon sun. You also need to ask réception for the key to the old style safe box in the room, it isn’t given as a matter of course. We did not try the restaurant for an evening meal, nor the bar, because there were better choices in the local area. Overall definitely a strong recommendation and we would go back there.
