โWe visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a โgarden viewโ when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...
โVue ร couper le souffle!
Je nโavais pas remarquรฉ au dรฉpart mais on ne peut sโy rendre en voiture. Il faut se stationner ร la gare et se rendre ร Wengen en train, mais cโest trรจs facile ร faire.โ
โWengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay.โ
โWe loved our stay in the small chalet apartment at Hotel Baren! We had an amazing view of the mountains and could hear the bells on the sheep just down the roadโฆ and see the bunnies playing just outside our window by Hotel Edelweiss. The free breakfast was AMAZING and we had dinner there, too - also delicious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again!โ
โRoom had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful.โ
โQuaint, comfy apartment right in the middle of everything. Not far from train station and shops. Next door to fine dining (1903) and great pizza joint (La Sina)โ
