Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

This is an amazing hotel perfectly situated directly across from Grindelwald First. When I say directly across, I mean you can be at Grindelwald First in less than 5 mins. Less than that if you can walk a slight incline quickly. You are also perfectly situated by the shops and restaurants! The hotel is beautiful! I’ve provided many reviews in the past as a simple courtesy, but I am obliged to submit this review based on yet another memorable stay at the Aspen. This was my third stay and the experience continues to be a 4+/5 star feel. My very well-appointed 3rd floor, corner suite had such excellent views of the surroundings, I ordered room service each night. Excellent hotel Diego was most helpful with late check in and then a wonderful staff and breakfast. Wish we could stay longer but will be back again soon for sure.

Who are we? We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We booked the family suite with two connecting rooms, one with a double bed and a small one with 2 twins. Very pleasant stay at this hotel while in Interlaken. The hotel is kept up well and was very clean. The housekeeper for our floor was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff did a great job of taking care of anything we needed. We were able to store our luggage both the day we arrived and the day we left. One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. A once in a lifetime type beauty. But hopefully I'll be back again! The pool was great and I was traveling with two 20-something kids and a 15 yr old. Staff was very nice. We ate dinner in the hotel...but not the "included" with your room dining room. It was good. Breakfast was also good...typical, but good.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the hotel. Traveling single, I had a lot of questions, and the staff at the desk fielded them all and were very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 3 minutes from the train station, so you do not have to walk far. The morning breakfast offered was a great way to start your day.
