“Unkempt. Difficult to get staff for help. Parking is ok.”

“If you are used to Premire Inn or the likes of this is not for you. However if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel like talking to the locals this could be for you with the drinks being reasonably priced. Car parking was good and secure Amazing breakfast, friendly staff I would stay here again. One note of warning the hotel does not offer evening meals, but the are in a 5 min radius several options.”

“Clean, comfortable, well-equipped modern apartment with handy on street parking. In Digbeth and close to city centre. Smooth check in process and great communication from host!”

“The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. ”
