“Pleasant hosts who are helpful. Clean, spacious cottage with a well-supplied kitchen and comfortable king size bed. Private parking next to the cottage is convenient. We had some difficulty with the heat because it is on timers. We find that inconvenient. Our only other problem was a slight but persistent sewer odor in the bathroom. ”

We were not notified beforehand and only discovered the lack of towels via a letter that was at the property upon arrival. It stated that we had to pre-book towels for an extra charge per person and they were subject to availability. It was stressful. “We love love loved our stay at Bray View cottage, it was just perfect for us and our dog. It's a gorgeous peaceful spot and exactly what we needed, the cottage was fantastically equipped with everything you could need. It was comfortable and not pretentious at all so we could really relax and feel at home. Jess was so helpful and easy to communicate with, she helped make our long overdue break a totally fabulous stress free experience.”

“The owner was just fantastic, so attentive to our needs and the secret way to locate the property, (if you know, you know, it is a genius), the first people and or persons we were introduced to were three stunning horses. (Two of our favourite royals after Kate of course, & My Wife' nickname), we loved the alpacas, the rabbits, the dogs and it was just so picturesque and beautiful. “Beautiful well equipped cottage with large bedroom with wooden beams. When we arrived we were welcomed with fresh Devon cream tea in the fridge. Coffee, team and milk were also provided which was appreciated. The garden is lovely and the birds said hello along with the owner’s dog and cat which were nice and friendly.
