“Always Lovely staff happy to help and very clean hotel always look forward to my stays here”

“We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. “Everything we would expect from a hotel of this type. Clean, helpful staff, excellent dinner and breakfast, good beer, easy to park, windows that opened to let in freash air. Just great. Kedgeree for breakfast a particular delight. One slightly wobbly tap, that was it”

“Helpful staff”

“Très bel hôtel très propre . Personnel à l’écoute.”

“Such a beautiful, beautiful place in a lovely setting. Such attention to detail, the furnishings, the gardens and sitting areas not to mention the wonderful breakfast that was served. Our host could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We hated that we could only stay one night. Hopefully we can return one day !”

“Very comfortable bed, nice big window, decent sized room with good facilities. The owner was very happy to help with fresh milk delivered and good suggestions for local food places.”
