"Overall, it was a great experience. It was a busy weekend, there was a college lacrosse team there for national championships… And well, the team was super and well behaved. It did impact use of some of the facilities. The biggest impact was to the breakfast area. No fault to the hotel, but the number of students impacted the availability of seating as well as speed and availability of the breakfast. The staff was great, we were traveling with an animal and chose the hotel because they are pet friendly. They have a complimentary roll away, which was also great when we are traveling with three children overall we're pretty happy with everything the property is dated. And I don't mind that, however it is in need of a facelift as far as carpeting, etc.… Well, I expect everything with clean, sometimes stains can leave you feeling as if things are not. "clean". We would stay there again. I thought the value was strong in comparison to cost. Location is great, it's close to the airport and the freeway so everything is fairly accessible, but you don't hear air traffic noise, which is always a concern. "

"What a fantastic hotel. Everything in this hotel is beautiful. The lobby and the rooms are decorated impeccably! Everything is sooo clean! Our first night there we checked in at 8:00pm and ordered the most amazing room service. The food was excellent! Its location is perfectly located and we were able to walk everywhere. So what if valet is $35. It’s worth it and those valets bust their butts running around getting you car back and forth! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. "

"Understandable that things need updating as the hotel is under renovations, but the floors should be clean and not full of dirt. There was no comforters on the beds, only top sheets. The walls are paper thin. The only positive note was the price."

"Horrible. Beds stained, dirty blankets, freezing cold swimming pool, hot tub smelled like urine, bed frames broken. Front desk refused to give us the WiFi password. We left and did not start the night because it was so bad. "

"The staff are helpful, kind, attentive and friendly. We were greeted immediately and checked-in quickly. The only issue with our stay was the ICE cars parked in the charging spots. One of my favorite features of this hotel is the on-site charging. We make 8-12 trips through Boise every year and look for EV charging as a must-have. It’s disappointing that occupation of these spots when not charging isn’t controlled. "
