“Room was lovely, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is close to pubs and restaurants.”

“The hotel made a mistake and gave me the wrong room, so I changed rooms later. They moved my luggage to another room when I was away without my permission, but the fruits and cola in the refrigerator were not moved, and when I returned at night, there was no one in charge so I couldn't eat the fruits.
