“You know when you go into the nursing home and you get hit in the face with that “nursing home smell“. That’s what you get here. My husband and I went for a fun little getaway vacation and stopped at this hotel. Talk about taking the romance right out of it with that smell. The room was stale and everything (walls/furniture) looked like it had been hit a few times with a wheelchair. There was not a warm blanket on the bed, just a sheet. There was a wool blanket in the closet, but it was thrown...

“No freezer in the refrigerator so if you are traveling with a cooler no way to refreeze your ice packs. Luggage carts are the worse, choose to make multiple trips versus using one of the carts. ”

“I have stayed at this property before. Don't believe I'll stay here again. The check in was fine and the room was clean. I know it is an older place but for the price point it was fine. Then tried to turn on the TV, it didnt work. It was 930 pm, so it wasnt much of a bother. After that, I started to look at other things. A shower that was confusing to operate, shoddy drywall repairs, no hangars on the closet rod, curtains that wouldn't close enough to block the very bright lights outside,...

“Okay for the "nostalgia" feel- for one night. Breakfast was plain/carbohydrate city. Small area to eat in. Rooms were small but adequate. Two employees had poor water pressure in their rooms. Mine was fine. Parking is tight, especially if you have a pickup truck. Room to room sound was okay, but you could hear out in the parking area cars/voices, etc. Staff was okay.”

“We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

“ Hotel was OK. Staff was friendly and quite accommodating, but certain items that I have come use to have were available. Hotel was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was like most hotels OK, not great!”

“Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...
