"Very decent experience staying here. We were out and about most of the time, so the only time we were in the hotel was to rest. Even then, no complaints of noise or any other disruptions. Considering this place next time we’re in town."

"Ate on property for breakfast and it was delicious. About $100 for 3 of us with gratuity already included. We arrived before 4 and the front desk took our info and put us on a text list if the room was ready sooner. The shuttle to universal was so appreciated. It had been years since last visiting and forgot how hilly it is. Ran about every 15 minutes and until close of the park. Staff here were wonderful and we would definitely stay again. Would note that anyone traveling who hasn’t made reservations for airports Flying in to Burbank is much closer. Was about $100 to uber from LAX with dynamic pricing vs 30."
