"The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean. But Iโ€™ll highlight what I consider a negative experience. 1- The AC in room was turn off, the temperature never get below 25C and found difficult sleeping, when I reach to the staff they provided me a fan. ( helped a little ! ) 2- you are only permit to use the swimming pools, sona required additional payment. 3- breakfast closed at 9:30am. ( all hotels I been to closed at 10 ) 4- no room service after 10pm which is not convenient as all restaurants...

"I had such a chill and relaxing trip! The hotel was in a really convenient spot, just a short walk from the subway. The room was super clean and having two beds made it even more comfortable. Everything was well taken care of, and I honestly had an amazing stay. Iโ€™d totally recommend this place to anyone! "
